What AceBot stores, why, and how to have it removed.

What we store

• Your Discord account basics when you log in to this dashboard: user ID, username and avatar, and a login cookie to keep you signed in.
• Server settings you choose here (channels, roles, messages, alerts and so on).
• Things the features need: levels and XP, moderation cases and warnings, tickets, giveaways, reminders, birthdays you set, suggestions and starboard posts.
• VIP features: counts of messages, joins and leaves (never message text), which invite each member joined with, and backups of a server's roles, channels and permissions.
• VIP payments: the Stripe customer and subscription IDs, plan and status. Card details are handled by Stripe and never reach us.

Message content is only read to run features you turn on (automod, custom commands, XP) and isn't stored, except in logs and ticket transcripts that server admins choose to keep in their own Discord channels.

Who else is involved

Discord (where the bot runs), Stripe (payments), and, for alerts, Twitch, Kick and YouTube (to check channels you choose to follow). We don't sell data or use it for advertising.

How long it's kept

Analytics counts are kept for 90 days and backups for up to 7 daily and 10 manual copies. Other data is kept while the bot is in the server and the feature is used.

Removing your data

Server admins can delete most data from this dashboard, and removing the bot stops all collection for that server. To have your personal data deleted, email admin@noacebot.com with your Discord user ID.
