Terms of service
These terms cover AceBot (the Discord bot and this dashboard) and VIP subscriptions.
Using the bot
You can add AceBot to Discord servers you manage and configure it here. You're responsible for how it's used in your server, and you must follow Discord's Terms of Service and Community Guidelines. We may stop providing the bot to servers that abuse it or break those rules.
VIP subscriptions
- VIP is bought for one Discord server, monthly or yearly, and adds the features listed on the Upgrade page.
- Subscriptions renew automatically at the end of each period until cancelled. The price is shown before you pay.
- A free trial, when offered, is for a server's first subscription only. You won't be charged until it ends, and cancelling during the trial costs nothing.
- You can cancel anytime from the server's Upgrade page (Manage billing). VIP then stays on until the end of the period you've paid for.
- Payments are processed by Stripe. We never see or store your card details.
Refunds
Because you can cancel at any time, payments for a period that has started aren't normally refunded. If something went wrong (for example, you were charged by mistake or VIP didn't work), contact us at admin@noacebot.com and we'll sort it out. This doesn't affect any rights you have under the law where you live.
Changes and availability
We work to keep the bot running, but we can't promise it will always be available or error-free. Features may change over time. If we make a change that removes something important from VIP, we'll give notice, and you can cancel. If we stop offering VIP, active subscriptions will be cancelled and not renewed.
Limits of liability
The bot is provided "as is". To the extent the law allows, we aren't liable for indirect losses, lost data or lost profits from using it. Server backups are a convenience, not a guarantee; keep your own copies of anything important.
Changes to these terms
We may update these terms. Continuing to use the bot or keeping a subscription after a change means you accept the new terms.
